1. How secure is my data, my recipes?
    Your recipes and data are accessible only to you, your account is protected by your password similarly to an email account, so nobody apart from you can gain knowledge of your business information. The communication between the system and you (your browser) happens through a secure channel (https), while our servers are hosted in a secure cloud. The only information we have access to is your subscription status.
  2. Will my employees see my business information/statistics/reports?
    You decide: by default, nobody apart from you has access to your business information, but you can grant access to some users if you wish (e.g. managers, accountants, etc.).
  3. Will my employees be able to learn how to use the system?
    Only a small part of the system is used by each employee and we worked hard to make all of them very simple to use, thus so far, we haven’t encountered a situation where system’s complexity was an adaption blocker. Note that system holds accountability capabilities, hence your employees might not be thrilled and try to come up with excuses for its use.
  4. Will I be able to set this whole thing up?
    We are going to lead you one step at a time and even if you’re a new to the digital world this won’t take more than a few hours.
  5. Does this system affect my official register and reckoning?
    This system is an audit too, it has nothing to do with official reckonings. It provides a clear picture of the business, nothing else. It doesn’t interfere with accounting or your state issued register.
  6. Can I delete all my data and users if I change my mind?
    You can put your user account into inactive mode any time and you can even delete all your data and information with one click, if you decide you don’t want to use the system anymore. You can do this without any obligations any time!
